仕事内容
お客様と楽しくお話したり、ドリンクを作ったり、
ご来店された方が「また来たい」と思ってもらえるような空間づくりをお願いします
いきなり難しいことはお願いしません
最初は簡単なあいさつや、ドリンクの提供からスタート。
先輩がしっかりフォローするので、未経験でも安心してください
慣れてきたら、
「どんな会話が盛り上がるか」
「どうやって名前を覚えてもらうか」など、
ちょっとしたテクニックも身についてきます
さらに当店では、希望があれば
・接客スキルを磨くための勉強会
・売上を伸ばすコツを学べるセミナー
・将来、幹部を目指す人向けのリーダー研修 などもご用意
ただのバイトで終わらせたくない人、
「稼ぎたい」「夢がある」そんな方にもピッタリな環境です
