Key Responsibilities:
Organize and lead CAB and ECAB meetings.
Review and assess change requests for risk and impact.
Ensure documentation and approvals are complete and audit-ready.
Monitor change implementation and post-change reviews.
Maintain change logs and generate compliance reports.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure change readiness and rollback planning.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Strong understanding of ITIL change management processes.
Experience with J-SOX or SOX compliance.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented with strong documentation practices.
Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
Strong stakeholder management skills in both Japanese cultural contexts and global environments.
Typical Experience: 10+ years in IT operations or service management, with change control
