Depending on your sales experience in each region, you will serve as the Overseas Sales Representative for one or more markets (US, China, SEA, Latin America, UAE).
Key Responsibilities:
Distributor & Revenue Growth:
Strengthen distributor relationships, manage KPIs, and support sustainable sales through updated product information.
Market Expansion:
Develop new business channels within your assigned region.
Strategic Marketing & Negotiations:
Lead pricing and contract negotiations, create compelling trade stories, and optimise promotional activities for ROI.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Passion for growing Japanese brands overseas, especially within your home market.
3+ years of sales experience in cosmetics or FMCG, with strong skills in pricing and contract negotiation.
Fluent English; Japanese is optional but a willingness to learn is welcomed.
Global mindset, willingness to travel, and experience managing distributors are preferred.
