[藤枝市]生産管理~自動車バックミラーメーカー国内トップシェア/スタンダード上場~
【仕事内容】
自動車用バックミラー国内トップクラスのシェアを誇る当社の生産管理部門にて、生産計画の精度向上と業務効率化を目指し、新たなメンバーを募集しています。
システムによる半自動化が進んでいるため、最終チェックや調整業務をメインにお任せします。
《具体的な業務内容》
適性を確認の上、以下のいずれかの業務をお任せいたします。
1)生産管理業務
・注文内容に基づく生産計画の作成
・生産計画をベースとした製造部への製造依頼
・顧客との生産調整等の打ち合わせ
・生産システムの管理・確認
2)部品調達業務
・生産計画に基づく仕入先への部品発注業務
・仕入先から当社までの部品物流の一部管理
・生産システムの管理・確認
《当社について》
創業140年、時代の変遷とともに新事業を展開してきた当社ですが、今また一つの大きな転機を迎えようとしています。
主力のミラーシステム事業では、自動車業界のグローバル化やマーケット変化に伴い、新興国をはじめとする海外展開が更なる課題であり、より幅広い商品群を備える必要があります。
エンドユーザーを見据え、その国に合った戦略を立てることで、自動車メーカーの要請に応えるばかりでなく自立的な提案力を強化していきます。
また、オプトロニクス事業をはじめ自動車産業に偏らない異分野への進出をしており、例えば「宙に浮くボタン」のなどの技術が例にあります。
トイレやATM、エレベーターなどでの利用が見込まれており、今後の将来性に期待できる分野のひとつです。
《組織体制》
生産管理部門には現在20名が在籍し、20代から50代までの幅広い年齢層が活躍しています。
各チームは10名程度で構成され、若手からベテランまで協力しながら業務を進め、経験豊富なメンバーのサポートも受けられます。
《働き方》
本社を拠点に、月に1~2回程度の顧客や仕入先への訪問があります。
残業時間は月に20時間前後で、ワークライフバランスを重視した環境が整っています。
フレックスタイム制度やリモートワークも導入されているため、柔軟な働き方が可能です。

生産管理業務を通じて、製造業の知識や生産計画のスキルを磨くことができます。
将来的には、生産管理のリーダーやマネージャーとしてのキャリアアップも期待できます。

ミラーシステム事業部は、バックミラーの開発・設計・製造までの一貫した生産体制と

開発提案を実施しています。そして今後さら自動化が進む自動車マーケット。
後方視認用のカメラと組み合わせた「電子ミラー」の開発を強化するとともに、
国内だけでなく海外展開や海外完成車メーカーへの製品提案のスピードも早めていきます。
《事業展望》
・高性能ミラーの開発…HCM(親水機能付ミラー)やECM(夜間後続車のライトを自動感知し反射率を変化させ、眩しさを抑えるミラー)、鏡の外側の曲率を連続的に変化させて視野を広げ死角を大幅に減らす「アスフェリカルミラー」(非球面ミラー)や、夜間でも威力を発揮する小型カラーカメラなど、高性能のバックミラーを多数開発し、事業の強化を図っています。
・新規マーケットへの展開…バックミラー開発で培われた薄膜技術や電子制御技術を背景に、オプトロニクス分野に挑戦し、電機メーカーやOA機器メーカー等へ自動車部品以外の特殊ミラーを供給し取引を拡大しています。新たな開拓マーケットであるHUD(ヘッドアップ・ディスプレイ)など展開しています。
・海外カーメーカーとの取引拡大…海外6ヶ国に技術援助、東南アジア及び北米に子会社を設立し、海外カーメーカーとの取引を拡大しています。2014年にはメキシコ工場を、2015年には欧州ブランチオフィスを設立する等、海外展開を積極的に行っています。
