このポジションは、Accounting Leadを補佐し、Globalおよび各リージョンのリーダーおよび日本会計をはじめ日本のビジネスとも連携し、従来のサービス組織からシンプルかつ革新的なソリューションを提供する組織への変革を推進することが求められます。このポジションの主要responsibilitiesはAccounting /Reportingに関連するプロセスエリアに対し優れたビジネス ソリューションを提供することです。SAP 等で運用されている日本でTBS が提供するfinancial result(IFRS/JGAAP)を正確かつタイムリーに準備し、提供するためのAccountabilitiesをもち、Best in Classを実現する役割を担います。特にこのポジションには、決算早期化や勘定照合/マニュアル伝票入力、HFM/SCOutによるReporting作業等の簡素化、効率化、自動化をはじめとするAccounting業務にかかる主要なプロジェクト活動を主導し、ビジネスへ効果的かつ効率的なソリューションを提供することが求められます。カスタマー目線でソリューションを提案することにより、その範囲を拡大していくこと、リードの指揮のもと、チームのパフォーマンスやモチベーションの維持向上や人材育成が求められます。

一般会計・決算関連業務全般においてLead及びManagerをサポートし、以下を実施する
- 月次・四半期・年次決算業務、勘定照合・残高分析やレポーティング業務の遂行
- Best in Classであるための継続的な改善活動による業務品質の向上
- 決算プロセスの早期化、最適化、標準化、効率化の推進
- Global harmonizationによる、Global規模の継続的改善による業務の効率性およびエンドユーザーエクスペリエンスの向上
- SOX、Compliance対応、監査対応および定期的なプロセスの見直し
- 先端テクノロジーを活用したDigitalization/Automationの促進(Gen AI, Power Automate等)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

チームに関連する財務会計の知識、給与計算業務の経験あれば尚可
関連レギュレーション(JGAAP、IFRS等)の知識
内部統制システム(COSO、US-SOX、J-SOX等)についての知識

- Digital capability & skills(Robotics等を活用した業務効率化・改善の経験)
