COMPANY
A global data protection and cyber resilience company is hiring a Director of Sales, Japan to lead and scale its business locally.
The company is a recognized player in backup, disaster recovery, and ransomware protection, serving enterprise customers worldwide.ROLE
You are responsible for sales strategy, revenue growth, pipeline, and market expansion in Japan.
You will own the Japan sales business end-to-end leading:
A Direct & VAR Sales team (hands-on with key enterprise accounts)
A Partner / OEM team (via a dedicated manager)
IDEAL BACKGROUND
8+ years of experience in enterprise software / IT solution sales
Proven leadership across direct sales and channel partners (VARs / OEMs) in Japan
Hands-on leader who can coach teams and close strategic deals
Native-level Japanese and strong business English
Experience in data protection, security, or infrastructure highly preferred
