Role Overview

A leading global renewable energy company, strong in solar solutions, with an established international footprint across APAC, Europe, and the Americas.


The Business Lead will cover the renewable energy business for various regions, with full responsibility for market entry, growth strategy, and overall operations.

This role serves as the leader for Japan and Korea and acts as the key bridge between APAC and North Asia.

Hold regional P&L responsibility and drive revenue growth and profitability
Lead sales activities, key accounts, and strategic partnerships across the region
Build and manage local teams and partners in each market.
Represent the company with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders for solar market
Key Requirements
Japanese and English speaking is a must. Chinese will be a bonus.
Proven leadership experience in Japan with full business responsibility. Leadership experience managing a team in Japan will be valuable
Strong understanding of the Japanese market and business culture
Ability to work and communicate effectively with APAC / headquarters across borders
