昭和油料は、創業65年の業務用油専門問屋です。

横浜・東京・千葉の一流ホテルや有名レストランに、高品質な業務用油をお届けしています。

今回募集する法人営業は、既存顧客のフォローと新規開拓の両方をお任せします。

長年培った信頼関係を引き継ぎながら、あなたのアイデアで新しい市場を切り拓いていただきたいです

お仕事内容

【既存顧客のフォロー営業】

・ラグジュアリーホテル・有名レストランへの定期訪問

・新商品(油・粉・洗剤など)の提案営業

・受注管理

【新規開拓営業】

・紹介営業やテレアポによる新規開拓

・市場調査

・営業戦略の立案

【その他業務】

・事務所での事務処理

・在庫確認(倉庫との連携)

現在は、既存営業8割、新規営業が2割。

今後は新規営業を5割まで拡大予定です

研修・サポート体制

【研修期間3ヶ月〜6ヶ月】

①配送スタッフに同行し、顧客・商品を把握(1ヶ月目)

②先輩営業とペアで既存顧客を訪問(2〜3ヶ月目)

③段階的に単独営業へ移行(4ヶ月目以降)

ベテラン営業が歩くヒストリー人脈・ノウハウをしっかり引き継げます◎

扱う商品は油・粉・洗剤が中心で、大手食品商社のように膨大な商品数ではないため覚えやすいです◎

【必須条件】

・営業経験または小売業での営業経験

・普通自動車免許(AT限定可)

・PCスキル(Excel・Word基本操作)

【歓迎条件】

・食品業界での営業経験

・ホテル・飲食店への営業経験

・BtoB営業経験(卸業経験者)

・営業経験10年以上

勤務時間・曜日:

(1)9時00分~18時00分:平日(休憩60分)

(2)9時00分~12時00分:土曜日(休憩なし)

→土曜は月2回3時間勤務

アクセス:

JR京浜東北線「東神奈川駅」より徒歩12分

京急「神奈川新町駅」より徒歩12分

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥300,000 〜 ¥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥57,500〜¥68,900(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給:300,000~350,000円
