About the Role
A fast-growing
global B2B SaaS company
is looking for a
Senior Product Manager
to drive the evolution of its
AI-powered software platform
.
This role focuses on identifying real customer "burning needs" and translating them into impactful product initiatives. You will work closely with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to shape products used by customers worldwide.
What You Will Do
- Lead product initiatives from discovery to delivery
- Act as a bridge between engineering, business, and other stakeholders
- Define and own short- to long-term product roadmaps
- Conduct customer interviews and analyze qualitative & quantitative data
- Evaluate market opportunities and competitive landscape
- Measure post-release impact and continuously improve product value
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS or software products
- Strong data-driven mindset (both quantitative and qualitative analysis)
- Solid understanding of system architecture and UAT
- Ability to work effectively with engineering teams
- Business-level
Japanese and English
communication skills - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
