What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
- Proven experience as a
Product Manager in a startup or fast-moving scale-up - Strong product judgment with a bias for action
- Deep understanding of
UX, user workflows, and product discovery - Comfort working with
AI-powered or technically complex products - Data-informed decision-maker who can balance insight with intuition
- High ownership mindset—thinks like a founder, not a function
Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)
- Experience with AI-first, creator tools, or productivity platforms
- Background in product-led growth or freemium models
- Experience working directly with founders
- Track record of scaling products post–product-market fit
