仕事内容:
第三者評価とは、福祉サービス事業所の運営や支援内容を、行政や事業者から独立した第三者の立場で評価し、その結果を公表する制度です。利用者の安心につながると同時に、事業所にとってはサービス品質や運営体制の改善に役立つ仕組みです。
本ポジションでは、第三者評価の受託に向けた営業業務を担当します。
業務は、
・行政が運営する福祉事業所を対象とした公共入札
・民間事業所への直接提案
の大きく二軸です。
初期の架電やリード獲得は提携パートナーが担当し、営業担当は資料請求・見積依頼・訪問希望への対応、商談・提案、契約締結までを担います。契約後の評価実務は別担当が行うため、付加価値の高い営業活動に集中できる環境です。
