「【東京】営業支援(戦略的バックオフィスポジション)」のポジションの求人です

【職務内容】

当社の「営業活動の最適化」と「企業存続を支える経営リスク管理」という二つの重要ミッションを担う、戦略的なバックオフィス・ポジションです。営業部門が最高のパフォーマンスを発揮できる環境構築と、国際社会の動向に合わせたコンプライアンス体制の維持・強化を通じて、当社の事業基盤を強固にする組織の要としての活躍を期待します。

グループのサブリーダー(候補)として、実務の推進とチームの統括サポートを兼務いただきます。特に、売上目標達成につながる営業活動の支援と事業運営の基盤に関わる重要業務に関わっていただきます。

【主な業務例】

■戦略的リスク管理・コンプライアンス強化:企業のリスク回避と国際的な平和・安全維持への貢献という大義に基づき、会社存続観点でも非常に重要な基盤構築を担います。

経済安全保障リスク管理業務、安全保障貿易関連業務の推進・統括(輸出管理の仕組み維持・管理、該非判定支援、取引審査等の重要タスク)、契約書関連業務(取引基本契約・NDA等)の整備・運用支援

■営業統括サポート・業務効率化(PMI含む)

営業部門が「より効率的、より高精度」に活動するための環境構築と、組織変革の推進を主導します。

会社統合、商流統合の支援業務(PMI推進)における業務プロセス設計・実行支援

■営業管理ツールでの情報一元化、販売システムでのマスタ管理体制の構築

データ分析に基づく業務効率・改善施策の立案と実行

■チーム・プロジェクト管理

実務を担いつつ、グループのサブリーダーとしてチーム運営に貢献します。

各チームが担当するプロジェクト(上記を含む)の進捗確認、課題抽出、解決支援

■メンバーの育成・フォローアップ、業務の標準化推進、エンゲージメント活動推進

※グループ内の他チーム業務の進捗確認、サポート業務にも関わっていただきます。

・サプライチェーン・サステナビリティ関連:製品環境調査、BCP/CSR調査、カーボンニュートラル関連業務

・企業基盤・情報管理関連:情報セキュリティ関連、各種情報共有

・緊急時対応:災害、事故・事件関連の対応・実績管理、遵守確認

【必須要件】

■営業部門における業務支援実務の経験

■有形商材を扱う企業・業種に在籍され、モノの流れや製品製造、外販、物流などについてのビジネスを認識されていること

【歓迎要件】

・英語力(お持ちの場合、将来的な観点でも業務の幅が広がります)

・ヒューマンマネジメント経験

【給与】

年収 600 ~ 850 万円

経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
