■About the Position

As HR Manager, you will be in charge of all round HR matters such as Recruitment Strategies, Employee Lifecycle, Employee Engagement and Talent Development.

■Responsibilities

・Lead and execute recruitment strategies

・Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle

・Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives

・Drive talent development and organizational growth

・Oversee general HR operations and labor law compliance

■Requirements

・5+ years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist

・Strong understanding of Japanese Labor Laws

・Japanese: Business level or above

・English: Business level or above

■Industry
