・契約書、請求書の手続きや事務処理などのご経験(目安1年以上)
営業、営業事務、記入事務、一般事務など
金融事務担当として契約書や法令対応などの事務処理を担当していただきます。
【業務内容】
・契約書の修正対応、管理(営業から指示有)
・第二種金融商品取引業に伴う書類、調書の作成、管理、官庁への提出
・売上管理、請求書作成、入金業務
・顧客からの問合せ対応
※官庁への書類提出や顧客への書類回収・確認業務において、宿泊を伴う出張あり。(※年数回)
配属部署:3名
L営業 2名
L営業事務 1名 ※本ポジション
在籍する社員から徐々に業務を引き継ぎ、金融事務の専任担当としてお任せします。
※給与は、就業時間・ご経験・スキルに応じて変動いたします。
【支給方法】月給制
【固定残業代/月】超過分は別途支給
【交通費】支給 ※上限3万円/月
【昇給】年1回
【賞与】年2回
【休日休暇】
土日祝日休み、年末年始、夏季休暇、慶弔休暇

※試用期間6ヶ月
※出社での勤務をお願いしています。
9:00~11:00の間で時差出勤可能
【例】9:00~17:00、10:00~19:00(休憩60分)など
