日経225を中心とした日本の大企業に対し、キャリア自立や組織開発文脈でコンサルティングを行いながら、従業員自らが学び続けるための仕組みを開発していただきます。

昨今のテクノロジーの進化やそれに伴う外部環境変化への対応に伴い、市場では「事業変革」を掲げる企業様が非常に増えております。

<具体的には>

・大手企業群向けコンサルティングユニットのマネジメント

・人材育成・組織開発コンサルティングの戦略・戦術の考案・企画・実施

・複数の部門と連携した商品企画・ソリューション開発

<ユニットメンバーの主なミッション>

・大手企業の人材育成・組織開発等の課題解決に向けたソリューション提案

・大手企業のアカウントプランニングから取引開始後の運用コンサルティング

・プロダクトやコンテンツ、企画セクションとの定期MTGによるサービス改善

・学習活性化コンサルティングサービスのプロジェクトマネジメント

・外部ベンターや有識者との連携した企画開発

・当社経営の根幹を担うHRコンサルティング事業のセールス・コンサルタントチームのマネジメントをお任せします。

・経験や人脈を活かして大手企業の人材育成・組織開発に関わることができます。

・自社にないアセットは外部と連携をしたり、サービス自体も自らが起案して開発していくことが可能です。

・裁量権が非常に広く、知見やアイデアをサービスに反映することもできるため、自分の手で創ったサービスで大手企業の課題解決に関わっている実感が持てます。

・まだ人的資本経営に対して手順化されたものがないので、ビジネスチャンスも大きく新しい領域へのチャレンジができます。

・対象となるクライアントは、ほぼ全ての業種にまたがります。

これまでの日本においては、長らく終身雇用やメンバーシップ型雇用をベースに新卒生を一括で採用をし、均質化された社員を育成してきました。

必須スキル


・Schooのミッション、ビジョンへの共感

・メンバーマネジメントのご経験(目安10名程度)

・下記①②のいずれかに当てはまる方

①コンサルティングファームにおける実務経験(5年以上)、および組織・人事領域への深い造詣をお持ちの方

②大手企業向けの人材育成・組織開発領域での提案経験(5年以上)

・事業開発・サービス企画の経験

クライアントの課題解決のために、既存の枠組みを超えた新しい研修プログラムやコンサルティングスキームを企画・立ち上げた経験。

・テクノロジーを活用した組織変革の経験

デジタルツール(LMSやHR-Tech等)の導入そのものではなく、それらを活用して「組織風土の醸成」や「行動変容」を成功させた経験。

・大規模プロジェクトのマネジメント経験

複数のステークホルダーが関わる数万人規模の全社横断プロジェクトにおいて、合意形成や推進をリードした経験。

・データ分析・統計の基礎知識

人的資本に関する定量的データ(学習ログ、エンゲージメントスコア等)を読み解き、経営層への提言や施策のブラッシュアップに繋げた経験。

・CHRO・経営層へのリレーションと提案経験

人事部長クラスに留まらず、経営企画やCHROといった経営中枢に対して、経営アジェンダに基づいた対話・提案を行ってきた経験。
