We're looking for a driven, results-focused sales leader to head up a very exciting new launch Exhibition in Tokyo.

Based in Tokyo, you'll combine strategy with hands-on selling, building new revenue streams, deepening client relationships, and leading a high-performing business.

P&L experience is a must have.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver and exceed ambitious sales goals through smart, insight-led strategies.
  • Win new business and grow existing accounts across the region.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team.
  • Manage forecasts, budgets, and pipelines with precision.
  • Represent the organisation at the highest level with industry partners.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in business development/account management; proven overachievement of targets in the exhibition space.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Willingness to travel and degree-level education.
