・新規入居希望者の保証審査(支払能力や属性の審査)

年収320万円~350万円※ご経歴によって変動いたします。

・月に30時間の残業代が含まれます

・年収の1・14が月収、1・14が賞与(年2回)

・月収は固定で、賞与は業績によって+5%~-5%の範囲で変動
