エグゼクティブ・パーソナルアシスタントは、エグゼクティブ・オフィス付けで総支配人や副総支配人の事務補佐、通訳・翻訳業務、スケジュール管理、出張手配、経費清算、書類管理、メール返信、VIP応対(お茶くみ業務無し)等を日本語・英語で行っていただきます。通訳業務等で行政機関や銀行等に付き添いしていただく場合があります。
服装はビジネスカジュアル。車通勤可能。
ニセコに来ていただくのが難しい場合は選考はオンラインで実施します。面接は英語及び日本語で行います。
応募条件
- 秘書業務等の経験がある方
- ワード・エクセル・パワーポイントが問題なく使用できるかた
- 日本語はビジネスネイティブレベルの読み書きレベル、英語力TOEIC800点以上の方か同等の英語力がある方
- その他言語が得意な方、ホテル業界の経験があれば尚良

正社員(試用期間3か月)
