本ポジションは、宿泊部門のコンシェルジュアシスタントマネージャー(正社員・常勤)として、コンシェルジュサービスの管理、予約対応、ゲストとのコミュニケーションなど、日々の業務を通じて卓越したカスタマーサービスを提供していただきます。ゲスト満足度の向上を第一に考え、柔軟かつ迅速に対応できる方を歓迎します 。

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Concierge Assistant Manager to join our Rooms Division team in Niseko.

In this role, the Concierge Assistant Manager will manage concierge services, handle reservations, and communicate with guests, all while providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

We welcome candidates who prioritize guest satisfaction and can respond flexibly and promptly to various situations.


Key Responsibilities:
Provide information on activities, sightseeing, and off-site restaurant recommendations, as well as arrange transportation.
Collaborate with other departments beyond the Rooms Division.
Guide, support, and train the concierge team.
Assist the Guest Experience Manager and team with their duties.
Maintain and uphold Park Hyatt's service standards.

適格性

応募資格

コンシェルジュ業務またはホスピタリティ業界での実務経験
優れたコミュニケーション能力(対面・電話・文書 )
マルチタスク能力と業務の優先順位を見極めるスキル
Microsoft Office(Word , Excel, Outlook など)の操作スキル
お客様のみならず、提携業者含め、日本語並びに英語での業務対応が可能な方

Qualifications

Practical experience in concierge services or the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication skills (in-person, telephone, and written).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Capable of conducting business in both Japanese and English, not only with clients but also with partner companies.
