業務内容
弊社タイトル『ブラウンダスト2』における日本市場向けのマーケティングおよび、ファンダム施策(コンテンツを軸としたファンコミュニティ運営)全般の企画・監修・実行をご担当いただきます。
アイデア立案から実行、効果検証まで一連のプロセスを主体的にリードしていただくポジションです。具体的には、以下の業務をお任せします。
日本国内におけるオンライン/オフラインマーケティング施策、ファンダム施策の企画・運営
日本市場向け各種プロモーションに関する外部パートナー(制作会社、イベント会社等)の選定、発注、折衝。
日本モバイルゲーム市場におけるアニメ・美少女(コレクション)系ゲームの市場調査・分析
アニメ・美少女(コレクション)系ゲームの日本国内における成功事例やベンチマークの調査。
応募資格
アニメ・美少女系ゲーム分野において、日本向けマーケティング業務、または同分野の取引先との実務経験をお持ちの方。
アニメ・美少女に関連するゲーム業界への深い理解があり、業界関係者と円滑なビジネスコミュニケーションが取れる方。
また、アニメ・美少女ゲームのファンとして、グッズの購入・収集やオフラインイベントへの参加などを継続的に行っている方。同分野での実務経験が7年以上あること。
あわせて、ビザや渡航制限等に問題がなく、海外出張が可能な方。

アニメ・美少女(コレクション)系ゲームのコンテンツやオフラインイベントに対して高い関心と理解をお持ちの方。
モバイルゲームのライブサービス運用における各種指標を分析し、費用対効果を意識した施策の立案・実行が可能な方。
韓国語によるビジネスレベルのコミュニケーションが可能な方。
韓国企業、または韓国チームとの協業経験をお持ちの方。
