【研修業務】

(1)社員研修の企画・運営(新人研修、階層別研修、専門スキル研修など)

(2)受講者のフォローアップや研修効果の確認

(3)社員教育に関する制度や仕組みの改善提案

(4)外部研修機関や講師、会場の調整、研修資料の作成

※中途社員の新人研修・既存社員向けの研修をご担当いただきます

・社員採用の面接対応 ※研修業務に慣れてから段階的にお任せします

研修制度

入社後3日間は企業理念や各事業の理解、業務で必要な知識を身につけるための座学研修。

配属後3ヶ月間はOJT形式で研修を実施します。

他にも個々のスキルや課題に応じた研修をご用意しており、早期に活躍いただけるようサポートさせていただきます。

<キャリアパス>

メンバー→マネジャー→チーフマネジャー→ゼネラルマネジャーとなります。

・事務や企画の経験2年以上、かつ人事・開発領域でキャリアを築きたい方

・Word/Excelの基本操作ができる方

賃金はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。
