窓口での受付・電話対応等の受付業務、パソコン入力等の一般的な事務及び、営業に携わる業務をお願いします。 営業につきましてはお客様への融資のご案内、申し込みの受付及び貸付等をお願いします。

9:00 ~ 18:00

実働時間:8時間/日(昼休み60分)

残業時間は月平均15時間程度です。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥244,610 〜 ¥328,210は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥46,170〜¥61,710(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給 244,790円 ~328,210円 (※想定年収 3,300,000円 ~ 4,700,000円)

月給244,790円(基本給116,000円、職能給59,400円,固定残業代46,170円、特別手当3,000円、調整手当20,220円)~ 月給328,210円(基本給157,000円、職能給71,000円,固定残業代61,710円、皆勤手当7,000円、特別手当31,500円)

・固定残業代は時間外労働の有無にかかわらず30時間分を支給します。基本的に30時間を超える場合はございませんが、超過分については法定通り追加で支給します。

・皆勤手当は遅刻欠勤がない場合に支給します。

・月給表記ですが欠勤控除があります。

・試用期間は6ヶ月で、その間の雇用形態の条件に変更はありません。

※給料については、経歴や資格等考慮し決定します。

◇ 永年勤続褒賞金制度あり(勤続1年目1万円、2年目2万円と1年ごとに支給し、勤続5年目までで合計15万円支給、5年目以降は5年区切りで10万円、15万円、20万円、25万円、30万円、35万円、勤続40年目で40万円と勤続年数分の褒賞金を支給します)
