<仕事内容>
不動産流通開発部の法人営業の業務をお任せします
具体的な仕事内容
■情報収集
地域の不動産会社や金融機関に訪問し、土地や買主の情報を取得します。
訪問前に電話やインターネットで事前に下調べやアポイントの取得を行います。
■提案準備
取得した情報の中でお客様の要望に合った案件については必要な現地調査・プランや事業収支の作成を行います。
提案準備はひとりで行うのではなく、チームで役割分担をしながら進めます。
■提案
提案資料をもとにお客様に事業説明を行います。
提案には上司が同行し、クロージングをします。

支店全体で伝達事項などの共有
その後、課・チーム毎で情報共有
(一部リモート)または訪問先へ直行
AM10:30 訪問、面談
アポイント先へ訪問、又は来店頂き面談
土地活用に関するニーズを取得
PM0:30 昼食・休憩(1時間)
PM3:00 個別案件の対応、報告
PM7:00 事務処理・終業報告

OJT後は営業活動はもちろん、商談やお客様へのご提案も課長や支店長がフォローします。
税金や建築等の専門知識についても、顧問税理士や設計課など専門家の力を借りながら仕事を進めていきます。"
