Department Overview
Rakuten's IP Contents Business Department, in collaboration with Rakuten Group's 70+ services and Rakuten's ecosystem, leverages Rakuten's weapons such as "ability to sell products," "over 100 million customer data," and "network with various industries" to provide a wide variety of IP including both internal and external video content. We are working to develop a content IP business that includes distribution, merchandising, and other multifaceted development activities for various copyrighted works (IP), including internal and external videos.

Position Details:
You will be in charge of income and expenditure management in the entertainment area in the IP Contents Division.
Specifically
Business income and expenditure management using management accounting
Reporting performance to management
Sales data/expense recording support
Annual budget creation
Overall income and expenditure management for each event, etc.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Over 3 years of management accounting or financial accounting work experience
Business level English proficiency
Native le1el Japanese ability
Desired Qualifications:
3 or more years of financial experience in the entertainment and media industry
Logical and strategic thinking ability, ability to adapt flexibly to changes in the environment
Experience working with multinational members as support for global business is expected.
Acquired Certified Public Accountant/Tax Accountant (including passing the subject), USCPA, and Bookkeeping Level 1
