【職務概要】
資金調達額累計133億円以上、IPOを目指す同社の成長を維持する上で欠かせない、社内のKPI管理を通した盤石な財務基盤の構築や、複数企業とのアライアンスの企画・実行および交渉業務、新規事業の立ち上げから運営までの推進業務などをお任せします。
全社視点にて会社の成長を支えていただく、重要なポジションとなります。

・経営戦略、方針の策定
・IPO準備関連業務
・IRに関する戦略立案、実行(投資家コミュニケーション)
・財務およびKPI分析
・M&Aの企画および実行、PMIの推進
・市場調査、競合分析のためのリサーチ
・資金調達等を通した財務基盤の構築
・アライアンスのリード、推進
社内外問わず複数の経営課題に対して、マルチタスクで業務を行っていただきます。

・コーポレートファイナンスの知識
上記に加え、以下いずれかのご経験
・社内数値(KPIや管理会計)の管理・分析の業務経験
・企業評価分析の業務経験など、数値的な分析業務のご経験
・契約書交渉の経験を含むアライアンスの立ち上げ・実行のご経験
【尚可】
・投資銀行、金融機関等でのM&Aアドバイザリー、資金調達、株式リサーチ等の実務経験
・PEファンドでの投資実務経験(投資先選定における分析業務や投資先企業の運営・管理など)
・戦略系コンサルティングファームでの実務経験
・スタートアップ企業などの事業会社における経営企画業務や事業開発業務の経験
【給与】
年収:800万~1500万程度
年俸制:月額666666円
給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇
賞与:業績に応じて支給
昇給:年2回(2月・8月)※同社規程に基づく
