【職務内容】
イクシアスは、店舗型事業者向けの集客DXツール『STOREPAD』を
開発・展開するベンチャー企業です。
『STOREPAD』は、店舗の集客対応や予約管理、
再来店促進を支援する業務効率化ツールです。
マーケティング責任者として、プロダクトやセールス部門と連携し、
中長期的なマーケティング戦略を策定し、サービスの成長・拡大を推進します。
具体的には、プロダクトの価値定義やマーケティング資料の作成、
リード獲得施策の企画・実行、外部企業とのコラボレーション推進などを行います。
マーケティング主導で事業を牽引し、
日本中の店舗のDX浸透に貢献できるやりがいのある業務です。
【具体的には】
・ プロダクトの価値定義と主要メッセージの策定
・ プロダクトロードマップへの提言
・ マーケティング資料の作成
・ 事業計画に基づいたマーケティング戦略の立案
・ マーケティング施策全体のKPI管理や効果検証
・ 各種リード獲得施策の企画・実行 (オウンドメディア運用、
Webinar、広告配信、LP制作、展示会など)
【求める人材】
以下全ての経験をお持ちの方
・BtoBサービスにおけるWEBマーケティング推進の実務経験3年以上
・MAツールを活用したリード創出の実務経験
【歓迎】
・データ分析に基づく各種マーケティング施策の立案経験
・SaaS企業でのマーケティング、リード創出に関わる経験
【給与】
年収630~1022万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
