仕事内容


弊社は『業務スーパー』のフランチャイズ本部の会社です。

横浜駅スグの東日本の拠点横浜営業所にて、『業務スーパー』で扱う商品の品質を管理するスタッフを募集します。

既存商品の改善や新規商品の品質面でのアプローチ検討、新規商品の工程チェック等の予防保全などもお任せします。

ポイントは「お客さま目線」で商品を見定めること。お客さまにより良い商品を提供するために、輸入した約1500種類以上もの商品について見た目、香り、味、食感など、自身の五感を使ったさまざまな方法で検品します。

【1日の流れ(一例)】

9:00~11:00

〇検食

『匂いや味、風味などに違和感はないか』

『極端に小さい、形が崩れているなど、規格外のものはないか』

『パッケージに記載している通りに調理して問題がないか』

など、約45カ国から輸入される商品一つひとつを五感で確認します。

11:00~12:00

〇結果分析/報告資料作成(社内業務の場合)

検食の結果、改善が必要な場合は問題点をまとめて提案資料を作成。検食結果をエクセルに入力しデータとして蓄積すると共に、各関係部署に内容をフィードバックします。

13:00~16:00

〇検品作業

オフィスから20分ほどの大黒ふ頭に行き、倉庫内での検品を実施。40~50種類の商品について、商品名や印字にズレ等がないかを一つずつチェックします。

ちなみに倉庫内と言っても検品作業は別の場所で行うので、冷凍庫などには入りません

16:00~17:00

〇検食

急いで確認が必要な商品の検食を行います。

17:00~18:00

〇準備/終業

翌日の準備を済ませて業務終了です。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日

9:00~18:00(実働8時間/1時間休憩)

※20:00以降の残業は原則なし

給与詳細


基本給:月給 21万2000円 〜 25万円

固定残業代:なし

※上記月給はあくまでも基本給です。別途時間外手当等を支給します。

※前職給与・経験・年齢・能力などを考慮します。

【昇給】定期(12月)及び随時

【賞与】年2回 ※昨年度実績3ヶ月分

・時間外手当(1分単位で支給)

・出張手当(宿泊:1日目4千円 2日目以降5千円)
