<店舗開発ディレクターとは>
審美歯科クリニックの新規出店に向けた進行管理・調整業務をお任せします。
・新規出店予定のクリニックとの打ち合わせ
・物件や内装に関する提案サポート
・内装会社や関係各所とのスケジュール調整
・出店までの工程管理
最初は、既存の内装会社や先輩社員と一緒に進めるため、専門知識は入社後に身につけられます。

全国に展開する審美歯科グループの新規出店を支えるポジションです。営業経験を活かしながら、出店準備や関係者との調整を通じて「店舗ができるまで」に関われる仕事です。専門的な内装や設計の知識は不要。業務を通じて少しずつ学べる環境です。
自分が関わったクリニックが実際にオープンする、形に残るやりがいを感じられます。

3年以上の法人営業経験
店舗ビジネス(フランチャイズ含む)の出店管理や内装における工程管理経験者

勤務時間・曜日:

月~金(土日祝日休み)

10:00~19:00(実働8時間、休憩1時間)

給与:
年収 500万 円~ 1000万円
※スタートは現年収、経験に応じて相談
※昇格年1回、賞与年2回
