情シス担当IT×医療の事業展開【フレックス/リモート/プライム上場】
【仕事内容】
開発部門の運用基盤を支える「IT運用・調達サポート」担当として、社内インフラやライセンス管理、サービス出荷を中心に幅広い業務をお任せします。
医療機関向けの経営支援システム導入にも携わりますので、製品セットアップや現地での導入支援など、顧客対応スキルも身に付く環境です。全社的なITシステムの運用・システム導入の両面からキャリアを築きたい方にマッチします
【具体的な業務内容】
- ライセンス/サポート契約の更新・管理(MySQL・ウイルス対策など)
- サーバやクラウドサービスの出荷・納品管理
- 障害対応・保守調整(ベンダー/ユーザー/開発チームとの橋渡し)
- 定期更新作業の標準化、運用ドキュメントの整備
- 全国病院への訪問、システム導入支援 など
└※平均して月1程度の出張が発生します。(トラブル対応や特定の案件で必要な場合には、同じ場所に複数回訪問することもあります)基本的には即日帰宅が可能なスケジュールで調整されますが、作業が遅れる場合には一泊するケースもあります。
また、今後は以下のような改善・発展も期待しています。
- 手作業の削減や自動化(GAS・SF・スクリプトなど)による運用効率の向上
- 契約・保守管理業務の見える化と属人化防止
- ベンダーや社内開発との連携プロセスの最適化

- サーバーやPCの基本的なセットアップ経験(OSインストール、ネットワーク設定など)
- Windows Server / Linux のいずれかの基礎知識
- ネットワーク基礎知識(IPアドレス、ルーティング、VPN、LAN設定など)

【給与】
432万円〜576万円
年俸制 年俸の1/12を毎月支給 月額360000円〜 基本給301100円〜
月額=月額基本給+固定残業代(月25時間分として58900円以上/超過分別途追加支給)
