職務概要・期待されるミッション
営業担当者や営業・サービス部門長に対する営業サポートを担当し、顧客満足の向上に最善を尽くすことが期待されます。売上増加や社内プロセス改善といったビジネス目標に向けた計画をチームリーダおよびチームのメンバと共に実行します。複数の社内部門だけでなく、お客様、仕入れ先、等、さまざまな方とのコミュニケーションを通じて、より効率の良い質の高いタスクの達成が求められます。
職務内容
SAP/SPIRITシステムを使用したオーダー入力から売上・請求処理までの一連のプロセス
製品の発注、入荷・検品、梱包・発送業務
営業サポート(以下を含むがこれらに限定されない)
見積作成
顧客・仕入れ先・製品データ管理
ロジスティクス
各種レポート
顧客窓口(問い合わせ、クレームなど)
在庫管理
庶務(オフィス消耗品管理、請求書処理、郵便や宅急便の受け取り・発送など)
必要とされる知識、スキル
インサイドセールスまたはカスタマーサポートの経験(2年以上)
工業製品メーカーや代理店での勤務経験(歓迎)
SAP操作スキル
PCスキル、Excelスキル(中級程度)
英語中級
優れたコミュニケーション能力とタイムマネージメンスキル
チームワークと柔軟性
