職務内容Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory in Tokyo.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

A Successful Territory Account Manager Should Have
Proven experience in sales within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and maintain client relationships effectively.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software.
Fluency in English; Japanese language skills are a plus.
Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.

Base and incentive compensation structure (50:50 split).
