The Role

テスラ認定インストーラー(CI)のパートナーネットワークを通じ、テスラ日本の住宅用エネルギー事業の拡大とサポートを行う複数部門連携チームに加入します。正社員のインサイドセールスとして、テスラ住宅用エネルギーソリューションの増価販売を行う認定インストーラーとの関係構築・育成を担当します。エネルギー業界のセールスキャリアをスタートさせる絶好の機会です。

新規パートナーのオンボーディング、販売支援の提供、ディストリビューターチームとの連携を行い、変化の速い技術環境の中で間接販売チャネルの成長を推進します。当社は、製品・市場への深い理解、創造性、情熱、確かな仕事姿勢に加え、電力系統のエネルギー利用方式の転換を支援したい真の意欲を持つ人材を求めています。

本職の勤務地はテスラ日本 レッドヒル新オフィスです。

Responsibility
パートナー先や主要窓口担当者と、強固で長期的な取引関係を構築・維持する
新規オンボーディングした認定インストーラーに対し、研修やテスラパートナーポータルの操作サポートを行い、初回のパワーウォール販売・設置を加速させ、安定的な販売成長基調を築く
競合製品との比較において、テスラエネルギーソリューションの独自の価値とメリットを訴求する
製品・アプリケーション、販売運用・手続きの最新情報を認定インストーラーに積極的に共有し、事業成長を推進する
B2B からの問い合わせに対応し、ディストリビューター、サービス、設定、システムデザインに関する課題のトラブルシューティングを行う
プレミアム CI プログラムの対象となる高パフォーマンスの優良パートナーを選定する
対面または Microsoft Teams を活用したリモート形式で、販売研修や製品の最新情報提供を実施する
成績トップクラスの認定インストーラーのセールスチームと直接連携し、提案件数・成約率・プロジェクト規模の向上、販売サイクルの短縮を図る

Requirement
当社の間接販売チャネル成長に向け、高いエネルギーと熱意を持つ方
学士号または同等の実務経験を有し、優れた能力を実証できる方
豊かな口頭コミュニケーション力、文書作成力を備えた方
速いペースの業務環境の中で、複数業務を効率的に処理できる方
エネルギー業界での実務経験者を優遇
電力系統のエネルギー利用方式の転換に対し、深い情熱を持つ方
