職種概要

本ポジションは、クライアントのメディア戦略を担う営業職です。

生活者のインサイトや市場動向、さらには社会課題までを深く理解し、メディアが持つあらゆるプロパティ・データ・ツールを駆使しながら、最適なメディアプランを立案・実行します。

想定担当領域として、博報堂DYグループ内でもトップクラスの取扱金額を誇る大手クライアントやさまざまな業界・商品カテゴリーのグローバルピッチにも関与し、国内外の最前線でメディアプランニング&バイイングの経験を積むことができます。

具体的な職務内容

クライアント課題に対して、社内/博報堂DYメディアパートナーズ/媒体社などステークホルダーのハブとなり、クライアントの広告効果を最大化するメディア戦略を推進します。

具体的には、以下の業務に取り組んでいただきます。

▼メディアプランニング・実行・分析

・博報堂グループのもつデータやツールを活用したメディアプラン/効果測定を設計

・入稿管理、進行管理

・レポーティングを通じたPDCA運用

・会計業務関連、各種データ整理、報告書・申請書類の作成など

▼クライアント・媒体社とのリレーションシップ向上

・媒体社のリソースや、最新のメディアトレンドを活用した企画立案

・クライアントのビジネス課題を解決するメディア戦略の提案

・クライアントとの長期的な関係性の構築

応募資格(必須要件)

以下の経験・スキルをお持ちの方を歓迎します。

・営業経験があり、クライアント対応に自信がある方

・ハンズオンでメディアプランニングをした経験

・プロジェクト管理やスケジュール・収益管理のスキルがある方

・課題を的確に捉え、戦略的な解決策を設計できる方

・さまざまな立場の方に対して、わかりやすく伝えるプレゼンテーションができる方

・データ分析の経験がある方

(媒体社のレポートやさまざまなデータを組み合わせ、効果検証をまとめられる方)

・英語力をお持ちの方

(グローバルなプロジェクトに関与する機会もあります)
