仕事内容:
Bespoke Discoveryは、日本の工芸や職人文化を軸にした高付加価値観光事業を展開を予定しています。2025年8月末に立ち上がったウェブサイト(https://bespoke-)、オウンドメディア(https://blog.bespoke-)、)は徐々に軌道に乗り始め、次のマーケティング活動の基盤づくりとして、本ポジションでは、その中核となる動画コンテンツの企画・制作を募集し、中長期で一緒に事業とコンテンツを育てていくパートナーを探しています。
動画の目的は、日本各地に受け継がれてきた
- 工芸の歴史
- 職人の考え方や哲学
- 文化としての文脈etc
を、海外の富裕層に向けてストーリーテリング形式で発信することです。
具体的な業務内容は以下の通りです。
- 動画コンテンツの企画立案(テーマ設計・構成案作成)
- 職人・工芸関係者への見学・取材および現地撮影
- 動画編集(テロップ、カラー補正、簡単なモーショングラフィックス、サウンド調整など)
- 修正対応・最終納品
- マーケティングチームと連携した用途別編集(YouTube、Instagram 等)
本ポジションはディレクター兼プレイヤーとして、企画から納品まで一気通貫で関わっていただく役割です。なお、1人の職人・工芸分野あたりの動画制作本数は現時点では未定で、内容の深さや反響を踏まえながら、チームで柔軟に設計していきます。
また、採用後しばらくの間は弊社メンバー(代表)が現場などにも同行、サポートする予定です。

必須条件・スタンス(必須)
- 動画制作の実務経験(企画・取材・撮影・編集のいずれか、または複数)
- ストーリーテリングやドキュメンタリー表現への強い関心
- テロップ作成、カラー補正、簡単なモーショングラフィックス、サウンド調整などの編集スキル
- 修正対応やフィードバックを前提とした制作ができる方
- Slack・Notion・Loom等を活用し、チームと密に連携できる方
- 指示待ちではなく、自ら考え、主体的に動ける方

- 制作フローの初期段階では、弊社が用意する素材やガイドライン(例:事前資料、AI生成の補助素材等)を活用しながら進めていただきますが、業務に慣れてきたタイミングでは、構成・編集・表現に関する逆提案や改善提案を積極的に行っていただくことを期待しています。

- 現段階では、制作本数・タスク完了数など、アウトプット量を中心に成果を評価します。
