住宅用太陽光システム、蓄電池などの省エネ機器を取り扱う当社で、アポインターからスタートし、クローザーを目指していただきます。

■主な業務内容

・アポインター業務:マニュアルに沿ってサービス内容をお客様に説明し、興味を持っていただけたら打ち合わせの日程を決める

・クローザー業務:お客様のもとにシミュレーション資料を持って訪問し、マニュアルをもとに提案する

・商談同席:クローザーの商談に同席し、実践的なスキルを学ぶ

・マニュアルやロープレ研修が充実しており、成約率は6割超え

・早い方は入社半年でクローザーになる

当社の営業メンバーは平均年収が1000万円を超えています。明確な評価制度とインセンティブ制度により、頑張りが給与に直結します。昇給は年12回、賞与は年3回支給され、決算賞与もあります。
