賃貸マンションを中心とした施工管理・品質管理・工程管理・予算管理・安全管理全般を行う工事部責任者候補として、部門全体のマネジメントを行っていただきます。

部門の統括責任者として、事業/組織のマネジメントを企画・実行していただき、各課責任者と共に各課のマネジメントを推進していただくことを期待しています。

(1)土地活用における物件(賃貸マンション・オフィスビル・高齢者住宅・店舗開発)の企画・設計・施工・管理

(2)入居者斡旋などの仲介業務および経営管理・メンテナンスなど

(3)賃貸マンション、オフィスビル・シェアハウス・高齢者住宅・店舗開発などの企画・設計からリフォームなどのご相談、コンサルティング業務

求める人材:

【必須】

工事部門や施工管理部門の統括経験がある方

【歓迎】

マンション以外にも様々な施設(ホテル・商業施設など)の施工

マネジメント経験のある方

【歓迎する経験】

各部署(設計部門/営業部門など)と連携を取りながら横断的に仕事を進めていける方

勤務時間・曜日:

09:00~18:00

休暇・休日:

年間休日112日(日・月・祝日)但し毎月1回日曜出社有り

有給休暇:入社半年経過後10日~最高20日

想定月収:50万円~70万円
