【仕事内容】

同社で開発・販売する『Care-wing 』のマーケティングや営業活動の中で獲得したリードに対して、電話やメールを行いナーチャリング。

リードの温度感が上がった段階で、フィールドセールスと連携しながら同社サービスの導入促進を目指していただきます。

『Care-wing 』の特徴

介護ヘルパーが使うICタグとスマホを活用した介護記録アプリ、

介護事業所の業務管理をリアルタイムに連動させるクラウドサービスです。

サービスの開発にあたっては、10年間に渡って現場の声をヒアリングし、

現場が本当に必要としているサービスにこだわってきました。

そのため、顧客からは「非常に便利」「素晴らしい」「ITリテラシーの低い社員でも使える」と評価をいただいています。

【業務内容】

  • アウトバウンドおよびインバウンド業務

・新規および見込み顧客へのアプローチ(電話・メールなど)

┗架電量 1日 平均50〜60件程度

・見込み顧客の課題・状況をヒアリングし、適切な情報提供

・商談化のためのアポイントメント獲得(フィールドセールスへの引き継ぎ)

・対応記録の入力作業

┗コンタクト情報・案件情報のkintoneへの登録

┗業務・報告等に関するツールへの情報登録・管理

・製品・キャンペーン等の提案や資料送付

・獲得リードのナーチャリング

・効果的なアプローチ方法の改善を提案・実施

勤務地住所:大阪市北区天神橋2-3-8 MF南森町ビル3階

アクセス:堺筋・谷町線「南森町駅」、JR東西線「大阪天満宮駅」より徒歩1分

【勤務時間】09:00〜18:00(実働8時間・休憩1時間)

時間外労働の有無:あり/月平均15時間

【給与】

402万円〜500万円

月給制 基本給269000円〜

上記基本給に加え固定残業代(月20時間分として46000円以上)支給。固定残業時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は別途追加支給。
