チームメンバーの研修、指導、育成の計画策定及び実施
人材開発・教育のサポート
チームメンバーの日常相談、キャリアアドバイス
社員寮、社員食堂やロッカーなど職場環境の維持・改善、慶弔対応、従業員の相談対応
入退社の手続き
衛生管理業務(安全衛生委員会、健康診断、法定関連検査等)
人事部長への各種レポーティング(例:人員管理、人材開発、労務管理、リージョナルオフィスとの連携など)
人事(HR)関連の予算策定および管理のサポート
HRオペレーション業務全般の補佐(例:採用、入退社手続、就労ビザ手続き、安全衛生、福利厚生など)
外部からの苦情・問題の対応
ハラスメント対応を含む懲戒事案対応
社内イベントの計画・実行
国内外メンバーの赴任交通手段手配、必要書類作成、外国人メンバーの各種手続きのサポート
関係官庁関連業務(労災報告、助成金申請、各種報告書の作成・報告など)

応募要件
【必須】
5年以上の人事経験(研修担当、ジェネラリストいずれも可)
人事チームでのリーダー以上の経験(例:チームリーダー、アシスタントマネージャー、課長)
ビジネスレベルの英語力(会話:社内会議、プレゼン、面談対応ができるレベル/読み書き:英語メールや資料作成ができるレベル)、ネイティブレベルの日本語力
車での通勤ができること
【歓迎】
ホスピタリティ業界またはB2C(一般顧客向けビジネス)企業での勤務経験(例:ホテル、航空会社、飲食、サービス業、リテール等)
下記の資格があれば尚良
衛生管理者資格保持者(第一種・二種問わず)
自衛消防業務講習修了者
