Responsible for various HR and administrative tasks.
Assisting with HR and administrative duties.
Supporting internal training programs.
Managing employee onboarding, offboarding, and transfers.
Handling recruitment operations
Maintaining a professional appearance and good hygiene is important. Building positive relationships and cooperating with colleagues and other departments is crucial. Supporting supervisors and teams is also a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
日本語での円滑かつプロフェッショナルなコミュニケーションスキル
日本国籍以外の応募者は 大学の学位またはディプロマを保有している必要があり、特に人事やビジネス関連の学位を持っていると尚良し。
ホテルでの総務に関連する業務の経験があれば、優遇いたします。
Non-Japanese national applicants must have a University Degree/Diploma – preference given to
Human Resources or business-related degrees.
Experience of working in hotel-related administrative positions would be a useful benefit .
