概要:CXサービスを提供する企業にて、Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service(D365CS)と外部コミュニケーションサービスを連携させたソリューション提案支援をご担当いただきます。連携ロジック設計や提案資料作成を通じ、営業・プリセールスチームと連携しながら顧客のCX/EX向上を支援いただきます。

求める人材:
必須スキル:
・Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service の深い知見
※D365CSの標準機能(顧客管理、ケース管理)および
外部チャット・電話ツールとの連携方法に関する知識。
API(Dataverse等)を活用したシステム間連携の基礎知識
・BtoB SaaSのプリセールス、またはソリューションアーキテクト経験
・顧客に対する提案資料作成のご経験
尚可スキル:
・Channel Integration Framework (CIF) を活用した導入経験
・Power Automate 等を用いたローコード開発・連携の知識
・コンタクトセンターの業務設計(BPR)経験
