開業希望の医師、歯科医師に対して開業や経営円滑化にむけた支援を行っていただきます。
LP問い合わせ~契約~開業まで、ワンストップでコンサルティングを実施します。
「人と医療の距離をなくす」という同社のミッションのもと、独立開業という医師、歯科医師の夢を実現する仕事となります。
【詳細】
・LPにて1日5~10件の開業問い合わせに対する対応
・週3~4名の面談を通じ、開業希望の場所や規模をヒアリング
・事業計画の作成や開業物件の提案
・契約締結後は、各メンバーと連携し開業の進行管理を担当していただきます。
・開業後もオペレーションの改善や戦略立案かなど様々なクリニック経営課題の解決へ向けた、ソリューション提案・コンサルティングに携わって頂きます。(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

・高単価商材を扱い実績を出されたご経験
・富裕層向け営業経験
【歓迎】
・医療業界(製薬会社、医療機器、卸、ディーラーなど)にてドクターを顧客としたご経験
・マネジメント経験
・開業のサポート経験(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
