Develop and implement both short- and long-term partnership strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Identify and prioritize partnership opportunities based on business needs, market dynamics, and growth potential.
Work cross-functionally (marketing, product, finance, etc.) to ensure partnership activities support shared objectives.
Source, negotiate, and secure partnerships with relevant external organizations.
Design and execute co-marketing and promotional initiatives leveraging both Traveloka's and partners' brand equity and media assets.
Utilize partners' brand trust and reach to elevate Traveloka's visibility and credibility, while driving free but quality traffic to our platform to improve transaction efficiency.
Maintain and strengthen long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with existing partners.Conduct business reviews, ensure commitments are fulfilled, and deliver accurate and timely performance reports.
Define partnership KPIs and ensure measurable positive impact on brand and revenue.
Continuously refine partnership processes to improve speed, quality, and consistency.
Job Requirements
Have minimum 7-10 year experience in marketing & partnerships, business development or marketing communication
Contextual to translate business objective to creative idea of the initiative
Have prior experience in e-commerce, digital / online company or equivalent
Partnership with banking partners and government agencies is a plus
Have strong networking and negotiation skills with good manner
Have a very strong communication skills and passion in meeting with people with excellent articulation in both written and spoken in English
Working communication skill in Japanese & English language
Must be result oriented & attention to details in the process
Have analytical and structured thinking; must be comfortable with numbers
At least a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or communication is preferred
