Disney+の会員数の最大化を目指し、外部パートナー(ローカルおよびグローバル)と社内の関係者との連携をリードし、協業活動を推進・実行する。
職務内容:
担当パートナーとDisney+ の新規会員獲得に向けた施策の立案および実行、ならびにパートナー経由で獲得した会員のサービス利用促進および解約防止施策について協議し、戦略を策定・推進する。
上記施策を遂行する上で必要となる、社内関係各署/グローバルチームとの調整や承認取得
施策の結果分析とパートナー/社内関係者への共有と次回施策への反映
各パートナー企業のステークホルダーとのリレーションシップマネジメント
ディズニーの他部門との連携によるDisney+の会員数最大化の企画立案および実行のリード
既存Disney+パートナーとの契約更新における折衝・契約締結業務
新規Disney+パートナーの開拓(マーケット調査・営業活動・パートナーシップスキームの提案・契約締結)
必須条件:
3年以上の販促施策を含むマーケティング経験もしくはセールス業務の経験
メディアエンターテイメント事業への強い関心
英語、日本語での円滑なコミュニケーションスキル(口頭および文語)
外部パートナー企業との連携に積極的に関心を持ち、協業の推進に意欲的な方
BtoBにおける営業活動、もしくはリレーションシップマネジメント経験

パートナー企業とのリレーションショップマネジメント経験
インターナショナルな環境でのビジネス経験
PLフィナンシャルモデリング/データ分析スキル・経験
