【仕事内容】

◆職務内容・担当業務

経験・スキル・キャリア志向に合わせて、以下のいずれかの職務を担当頂きます。

■「サービスマネージャ(顧客との価値共創型)」

大手エネルギー事業者向けDX事業において、顧客の経営戦略、事業戦略、業務課題を常に把握し、顧客と共に「ありたい姿」を創造し、実現させる「価値共創型」の事業革新リーダーとして、具体的な施策を企画・推進する。

■「サービスマネージャ(自社サービス型)」

次世代デジタルソリューション事業において、マーケット動向を常に把握し、サービスの提案を実施し受注に結びつける。また、サービスの品質の維持・効率化の施策を実施し、高品質かつ継続的なサービスの提供を実現する。

■「プロジェクトマネージャ(システム開発)」

大手エネルギー事業者向けDX事業/次世代デジタルソリューション事業において、ITシステムの構築プロセスに関わるプロジェクトマネジメントを?う。

配属に関しては、担当職務に応じて、以下のGXセンター内のいずれかの部署への配属となります。

・エネルギーシステム部(大手エネルギー事業者向けDX事業)

・CNソリューション部/EneTrack部/CN事業開発部(次世代デジタルソリューション事業)

◎開発環境/商材の説明

システム開発においては、主に以下のような技術を利用しています。

・開発環境:AWS、Azure、GCP、等

・開発言語:Java、Python、JavaScript、Cシャープ、等

・開発標準:SE+(当社開発標準)、プロジェクトの特性に合わせてウォーターフォール/アジャイルを使い分け
