■「サービスマネージャ(顧客との価値共創型)」
大手エネルギー事業者向けDX事業において、顧客の経営戦略、事業戦略、業務課題を常に把握し、顧客と共に「ありたい姿」を創造し、実現させる「価値共創型」の事業革新リーダーとして、具体的な施策を企画・推進する。
■「プロジェクトマネージャ(システム開発)」
大手エネルギー事業者向けDX事業において、ITシステムの構築プロセスに関わるプロジェクトマネジメントを?う。
◎開発環境/商材の説明
システム開発においては、主に以下のような技術を利用しています。
・開発環境:AWS、Google Cloud、Azure、等
・開発言語:Java、JavaScript、Python、C#、等
・開発標準:SE+(当社開発標準)、プロジェクトの特性に合わせてウォーターフォール/アジャイルを使い分け

■システム開発におけるプロジェクトマネジメントのご経験(3年以上)
[歓迎要件]
□エネルギー業界におけるシステム開発のご経験
□システム開発における上流工程(要件定義、基本設計)のご経験
□アジャイル型でのプロジェクトマネジメントのご経験
□電気設備設計、建築設備設計関連プロジェクトでのご経験
□システム化の戦略立案/企画フェーズのご経験(顧客に対する支援経験でも可)
□自社運営サービスにおけるマネジメント業務のご経験

- IT戦略系資格(IPA・ITストラジテスト、等)
- ITサービスマネジメント系資格(IPA・ITサービスマネージャ、等)
- ITプロジェクトマネジメント系資格(IPA・プロジェクトマネージャ、等)
- 電気設備関連資格(電気主任技術者資格、電気工事士資格、等)
- 建築設備関連資格(建築設備士資格、エネルギー管理士資格、等)
【給与】
700万円~800万円
※上記年収レンジは目安です。前職の給与・スキル・経験等を考慮の上、当社規定により決定致します。 所定勤務時間7時間30分(休憩1時間)、フレックスタイム制(コアタイムなし)
