【どんな仕事をして頂くか】
弊社が業務委託契約しているスポーツジムのプールにて、弊社が受け持つ泳法レッスンの枠(有料プログラム)の担当コーチをして頂きます。
弊社は、各泳法上達までをプロセス分解した独自開発のプログラムを保有しております。
プログラム内容は事前に告知を行い、希望した方々のみが参加する(5名〜6名の少人数制)形式のレッスンとなります。
週1回、1コマ60分のレッスン時間に合わせて直行直帰して頂きますので、煩わしいクラブ側との交渉やプール監視等の業務は一切発生致しません。
但し、レッスン参加者の期待を裏切らないよう、事前に指導内容を、自身に落とし込んで頂く作業が必須となります。
その為の研修や、理解頂くための資料は、豊富に準備しています。

【仕事の流れ】
現場に直行直帰となります。
レッスン終了後に、実施時間と参加人数を用紙に記入して終了(不要の場合有)。事後、弊社定型フォーマットに従ってレッスン内容の振り返りを簡単に記載。
【万全のフォロー体制】
月に一度はレッスン内容を振り返り、疑問を解消したり、指導方針を固めていくといったオンラインミーティングの時間を儲け、指導力向上にコミットします。

3歳から水泳を初め、大学までは競泳選手として、卒業後社会人を経験した後、指導者としての道の夢が諦めれきれずに脱サラ。フリーランスからスタートして、水泳指導者として約10年のキャリアを積んで来ました。
泳法の迷子になって伸び悩む初中級の方、間違った泳ぎ方で関節の不調に繋がり泳ぐ事を諦めかけた方、マスターズを目指し泳力向上に貪欲な方…沢山の方を指導してきました。
その経験の中で行き着いた答えは、指導者の働く喜びは生徒の成長にあり、最短最善のやり方で結果を出せるかどうかが、指導者としての力量だ、という事です。

求めている人材
【必須条件】
・指導者として必要と考える泳力(100 IMが、男性1分40秒、女性1分50秒以内)
・指導者としての経験年数1年以上(総指導時間250時間以上が望ましい)
・スケジュール管理能力(単独での行動が大半を占めるため)
勤務時間詳細
実働時間:1日あたり3時間
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり4日 〜 8日
契約更新期間:6ヶ月
休日休暇
休暇の申請は前月の10日までです。また、毎週実施を前提にしているため、お休みが続く場合には、レッスン曜日や時間帯の変更を提案させていただくことがあります。
勤務地
掛け持ち可能な都内の系列店舗もございます。
交通・アクセス
JR山手線「大崎駅」南改札口より出て新西口方面へ徒歩2分
給与詳細
1業務あたりは、1グループレッスンあたりを意味します。
基本給:1業務あたり 2500円 〜(60分)
・グループレッスン(有料クラス)の場合
1コマ(60分定員10名)集客4名まで1コマ¥2,500、5名以上から1名につき¥300プラスしてお支払いいたします。
例) グループレッスン6名2,500+300×2=¥3,100
・パーソナルレッスンの場合
1コマ(30分)¥1,500になります。
研修時(1ヶ月)は1コマ(60分)¥1,400
※交通費の支給なし
職場環境
業務は直行直帰ですが、研修後も孤立する事なく、常に指導力向上に向けたフォロー体制をとっている事が弊社の特徴です。

選考プロセス
①オンライン面談(60分程度)
②対面で面談(60分程度)
③研修2か月(近くの市民プールで研修担当者と指導研修を行います)
