【主なお仕事について】

ホール・キッチン業務からスタートし、段階的に店舗運営・マネジメント業務へと業務領域を広げていきます。

「店舗を運営できる人材」を目指すポジションです。

■ホール業務

・接客、レジ対応、配膳、片付けなど、店舗での接客全般を担当します

■調理業務

・仕込み、調理、在庫管理など、品質を意識しながら効率的に調理を行います

■店舗運営

・売上管理、スタッフの育成・シフト作成、販売促進など店舗全体の運営に携わります

ホール・調理・運営の各業務を通じて「現場理解×マネジメント×数値管理」の3つのスキルを体系的に身につけられる環境です。

6:00~24:00の間でシフト制(実働8時間)
