Bilingual Payroll Specialist is mainly responsible for handling client payroll (給与計算・社会保険)services, as well as year-end adjustments (年末調整) and other annual payroll events. As most of our clients are multinational (外資系), majority of client communication is conducted in English. This would be a great opportunity for a junior payroll specialist thinking of leveraging their career to the next level by working in an international environment.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of payroll-related experience (both hands-on or through vendors are OK)
- Business level English and Japanese
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interest in payroll and willingness to learn Japanese labor law
