【業務内容】

バイリンガルプロジェクトのお客様対応をご担当頂きます。

英語を使ったIT業務に従事したいというIT未経験者の方から、バイリンガルIT業務経験者まで幅広く募集します。

■職務概要:

ご経験や入社時期によりプロジェクトを決定します。日本語・英語を利用して運用系案件に携わって頂きます。

主にユーザーサポート系の運用案件で、実機に触れてサポートするプロジェクトが多いです。

■プロジェクト例:

・都内の外資系某大手製薬会社でのバイリンガルヘルプデスク業務

  • 主にクライアントPC、Mobile Phoneや周辺機器のサポート

  • ユーザーサポートは日本語をメインに利用し、海外のエンジニアと英語で連携を取っていく。

【求められる経験・スキル】

【必須条件】

・ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語対応が可能な方(電話対応、メール、ドキュメント)

・英語を活かしてIT業務に従事したいという方(TOEIC700点以上 or 日々業務で英語を使っている)

・IT技術について学んでいく意欲のある方

・電話対応などコミュニケーションを取ることに抵抗がない方

・自律的に行動ができる方

・ITインフラ、サーバー等に少しでも関わりがある方

【推奨条件】

・1年以上の英語での外資系企業サポート業務経験

・1年以上のITヘルプデスクやユーザーサポート業務経験

・クライアントPC(Windows10)の簡単なトラブルシューティング経験

・海外チームと英語でコミュニケーションを取りながらトラブル解決をした経験
