【仕事内容】
~国産ディーラー(ボルボ)の整備士~
車検、点検、故障修理が中心としたボルボ車の整備です。
入社後は先輩社員の指導を受けながらボルボの研修を受講します。ボルボの整備資格の取得を促進しています。
基本的なお客様とのやりとりはサービスフロントが担当しますが、メカニックも故障箇所や症状を把握するためのヒアリングをしたり、お客様にお車を使って具体的に説明したりします。また、異音や違和感などを確認するためお客様とお車に同乗することもあります。
